The Enterprise Finance Applications team within Koch Global Services (KGS) is seeking a Product Analyst to join our Procure-to-Pay product team to support leveraged, enterprise applications across Koch Industries companies. Our team provides support for leveraged applications and surrounding technology supporting our enterprise Procure-to-Pay business processes. As we continue to transform the capability, you will be responsible for driving, challenging, and leading continuous improvements to enable customers to effectively utilize and gain additional value from our systems and additional applications.
Our Team

The Enterprise Finance Applications team is a product centric organization that is aligned to Koch's key finance areas (e.g. Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Treasury etc.). As a preferred partner, we focus on people, processes, technology, and data to drive transformation. Our team members are key contributors through the application of frameworks and principles with an emphasis on leveraging critical and economic thinking to drive value.
What You Will Do

• Develop detailed knowledge of the applications and understand interdependencies to assist in developing and providing long term product solutions.
• Interact and partner with global customers, stakeholders, key technology partners, product teams, and IT teams to do the following:
• Build, develop and maintain strong working relationships, internalize business strategies, and optimize value.
• Actively listen and anticipate customer's future needs and incorporate into team strategies and priorities.
• Have strong initiative to innovate, evaluate, and implement technology solutions that drive efficiencies, enhancements, and automation.
• Elicit, analyze, and validate business requirements through various techniques (data analysis, process analysis, use cases, business rules definitions, etc.)
• When needed, help cover support/administrative needs for customers by troubleshooting and using technical and critical thinking skills.
• Have courage to challenge and escalate as necessary, embrace teamwork, be inclusive with differing cultures and opinions, be able to work independently, be reliable and trustworthy.
• Responsible for understanding impacts of releases, patches, integrations, and system updates; Test and validate new system releases and functionality, communicating effectively with customers on changes, and creating documentation when applicable.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Experience working in applications with business process workflow or implementing IT projects.
• Experience specifically around core capabilities of:
• Actively listens and engages in conversations, attentively absorbing and comprehending information, and asking pertinent questions to gather comprehensive insights and ensure accurate requirements captured.
• Demonstrates a genuine curiosity about the intricacies of business processes, technology systems, and industry trends, driving continuous learning and innovation to provide well-informed recommendations and solutions.
• Experience influencing and challenging peers and stakeholders at various levels to drive common goals and solutions.

What Will Put You Ahead

• Experience in a finance role
• Experience in Agile based methodology
• Experience in one of the following applications Ariba, Apex, FirstStrike, ServiceNow, or Concur
