Your role:
As a Customer Service Analyst, you will be part of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) Customer Service team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and efficient order processing. In this role, you'll be responsible for advancing order processing, collections, and dispute resolution, while also supporting process improvements and team collaboration.
Your Responsibilities:
What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Required Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience in O2C or Finance function, preferably with knowledge of credit management & customer service and experience in identifying and delivering process change. Proficient in English. Experience with SAP O2C Module

Elanco currently anticipates that the base salary for this position could range from $23, 000 MXN Gross to $26, 000 MXN Gross depending partly on the successful candidate’s qualifications, including education and experience. Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending partly on company and individual performance). Additionally, Elanco offers a comprehensive benefit program to eligible employees that includes a company-matching 401(k); vacation benefits; eligibility for medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug benefits; flexible benefits (e.g., healthcare and/or dependent day care flexible spending accounts); life insurance and death benefits; certain time off and leave of absence benefits; and well-being benefits (e.g., employee assistance program, fitness benefits, and employee clubs and activities).
