Wabash Center, Inc. is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - SOAR in Lafayette, IN. This is a full-time position.
At Wabash Center's SOAR Program, we help children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder reach their highest potential through evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll work directly with children in a supportive clinical environment, helping them build communication, social, behavioral, and life skills through individualized treatment plans and meaningful interactions.
