Essential Job Duties Perform kitting and light-hand packaging of materials.Assemble products using screws, bolts, wires, and other small components.Use fine motor skills and hand dexterity to complete assembly tasks.Handle materials and products throughout the production process.Prepare workstations for setup and tear-down.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.Follow quality standards, production procedures, and safety practices.Maintain confidentiality and comply with all applicable state and federal regulations.Follow company policies related to attendance, punctuality, documentation, dress code, and workplace expectations.
