What Youll Do As a Family Support / In-Home Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will provide individualized, person-centered support to children and adults in their homes and community settings. Services are guided by each individuals Person-Centered Individualized Support Plan (PCISP) and focus on building independence, daily living skills, and community integration.
