*Hybrid Schedule, 3 days a week in-office is required.

Summary

The HR Coordinator position plays a critical role in the overall success of the organization by supporting both the HR Benefits and Leave departments. This role provides administrative and customer service support including updating Workday HRIS and LOA systems, as well as the responsibilities listed below.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and approve Workday requests such as Promotions, Demotions, and Personal information changes
  • Work cross functionally with other departments to complete Workday requests
  • Testing of HR Business Support Tasks in Workday test environment
  • Assign Workday Manager security roles
  • Administer Workday related tasks from Employee Support ticket system
  • Responsible for Employee Update Email Inbox
  • Gather Benefit related documentation for Subpoena requests
  • Completion of Medical Support Notices
  • Scheduling, reviewing, and editing HR Communications
  • Answer LOA phone queue
  • Assist with completion of LOA requests
  • Updating LOA employee case files
  • Monitoring and distributing incoming LOA electronic faxes
  • Special projects as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred
  • 1+ year of HR experience strongly preferred
  • General knowledge of employment laws and best practices preferred
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills, knowledge of HRIS, and MS Office Suite
  • Experience with Workday and LOA systems preferred
  • Organized and efficient in daily tasks
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good judgement in a fast-paced environment
