Description:

Turtle Creek Management is now hiring a Commercial Construction Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for the overall supervision and control of the conventionally or HUD financed Assisted Living facilities, Nursing Homes, mini warehouse facilities, commercial remodeling, Patio Home projects, and various site developments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Technology, Project Management (degree from Purdue University or an affiliated institution preferred; equivalent programs from accredited universities will be considered).
  • Minimum of two (2) years of hands-on field experience in construction project management.
  • Demonstrated experience managing wood-framed slab construction projects.
  • Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel, scheduling software, and other Windows-based project management systems.
  • Proven skills in estimating, budgeting, and purchasing.
  • Ability to review construction documents, identify discrepancies or needed plan corrections, and effectively communicate recommendations to architects and design professionals.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
