For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $66, 000 - $99, 000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This sales focus program accelerates learning through experiences, exposure & education. Career development is at the heart of this program and participants will have countless opportunities for networking and coaching via direct leadership.

This 18-24-month program will include travel to various Schneider Electric locations throughout the United States. You will gain an in-depth understanding of Schneider Electric products and services that propel our industry customers to become more digital through automation.

Upon program completion, you will advance into aSales Executive position.

• You will learn a consultative selling approach.
• You will gain extensive knowledge of our industrial products, services and delivery and business processes.

• Strong verbal and written communication and organizations skills needed

• Internship or relevant work experience preferred
• You are open to travel up to 50% of the time for the first 6 months of training.
