Executive Assistant & Special Projects Manager Greenwood, IN | Full-Time | Executive-Level Support Peterman Brothers • Can't Stop the Growth • PFH Racing • Additional Ventures This isn't a traditional Executive Assistant role. We're looking for a highly driven, resourceful person to work directly with our CEO across multiple growing businesses and entrepreneurial ventures. You'll help turn ideas into action, create structure across multiple businesses, keep important projects moving, and create more capacity for the executive to focus on leadership, relationships, strategy, and growth. What You'll Do Manage executive priorities, calendar, meetings, communications, and follow-up. Turn ideas and conversations into organized, actionable projects. Coordinate projects across multiple businesses and hold owners accountable to deadlines. Identify roadblocks, solve problems, and keep initiatives moving forward. Own and improve the executive operating system using Notion, AI, and automation. Capture meeting decisions, action items, and commitments -- and make sure they get done. Research opportunities and support special projects, events, partnerships, and new ventures. Find ways to automate routine work and continuously improve how the executive and businesses operate. Who We're Looking For 3+ years of executive support, project management, or operations experience Experience supporting a CEO, entrepreneur, or senior leader preferred Strong organization, communication, and follow-through Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities Confident working with and holding leaders accountable Tech-savvy and comfortable learning AI and automation tools Self-starter who takes ownership and solves problems independently Why This Role Is Different You'll have direct exposure to multiple growing businesses and the opportunity to work on projects well beyond traditional executive support. As you create systems, improve processes, and take ownership of increasingly complex initiatives, this role has the potential to grow into broader executive operations or Chief of Staff responsibilities. We're not looking for someone to simply manage a to-do list. We're looking for someone who makes things happen.
