Nurses and More, Inc. in Indianapolis, IN is currently seeking Registered Nurses for our home health care side. We are looking for coverage for a patient located in the Washington Square area. Hours would be 9: 00am-10: 00am and 7: 30pm-10: 30pm daily and pay would be up to $31.00 per hour. Candidate would also be responsible for managing case which includes OASIS and supervision of HHA’s.

Daily tasks could include but are not limited to:

• Supervision of HHA
• Gtube feedings
• Catheter care
• Gtube medication administration
• Medication management
• Monitor vitals, seizure precautions, aspiration precautions, Hoyer lift

Requirements:

• Active/Valid (Unrestricted) Indiana RN license
• Must have at least 1 full year of experience within the last 3 years
• Physical within the last 6 months that states you are “free from” or “without evidence of communicable diseases”
• Current BLS Healthcare Provider Certification (online courses not accepted)
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray (we can provide PPD if needed)
• 2 professional references (Rn’s or LPN’s that you have worked with before)
• Criminal history report with no activity (we will obtain at no cost to you)
• Drug screen (we will set up at no cost to you)
