Requirements:

• Current BLS - Healthcare provider certification (no online-only courses accepted); we can help coordinate!
• Physical within the last 6 months that states you are "free from" or "without evidence of" communicable diseases
• Current PPD or Chest X-ray
• Two professional references (RN's or LPN's that you have worked with before)
• We will run a detailed, national Criminal History Report; must have no activity listed
• Pre-employment drug screening (scheduled at no cost to you)
• *Additional credentials may be required upon hire or per contract
