Description:
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor machines such as folder-gluers, laminators, unitizers, and balers to ensure efficie nt production and material handling
- Read and follow production orders, set up machines, and make adjustments to meet customer specifications
- Perform quality checks, troubleshoot issues and maintain high efficiency according to established standards
- Handle scrap and finished products, including strapping, compressing and moving materials safely
- Keep an accurate record of production and equipment performance
- Collaborated with team members and other departments to improve quality and performance
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment while adhering to company safety and GMP guidelines
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required
- Ability to work in a production environment with moving equipment and rotating shifts
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Team player with good communication skills
- Ability to lift and move materials and work at various heights
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed
Shifts: We are currently looking for individuals to work a 12-hour, 2-2-3 scheduled on nights or an 8-hour schedule on 2nd or 3rd shift.
