Description:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Act as first line of support to candidates, employees, and HR/Ops partners to ensure MALT, Staffing, and AskHR inquiries are resolved accurately and in a timely manner
- Assist with escalations within the team before reaching Senior Coordinator or team management
- Develop proficiency in policy and procedure interpretation and responds appropriately to customer and HR Ops/Partner inquiries.
- Provide assistance with HR applications, including: Workday, PSP, Costpoint, Avature (ATS), and Appian.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced environment while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and organization.
- Develop supportive relationships with functional areas across the company, such as HRBPs, TA, Benefits, HRIS, Payroll and IT to resolve customer issues.
- Develop abilities to independently investigate and resolve semi-complex issues.
- Identify issues and/or problems affecting People Operations and promptly escalates to management.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintains a professional demeanor especially during difficult and stressful situations.
- Collaborate and assist teammates.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

- High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with Human Resources applications, including Workday, preferred.

- Human resources work experience is required.
