What you will enjoy doing*

  • You will ensure the safe and reliable operation of the production facility by collaborating with a team of four maintenance professionals to develop, manage, and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs across multiple processes
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute maintenance activities, including turnaround planning, scheduling, mechanical work cost estimation, and resolution of high-impact reliability issues
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical equipment, including centrifugal pumps, centrifugal compressors, and reciprocating compressors, while making independent technical decisions and recommendations in the field
  • Further, you will support equipment reliability programs through Pressure Relief Device (PRD) maintenance, vibration data collection, grease route execution, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations for major failures
  • Support compliance-related inspections and ensure adherence to applicable safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
  • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule and provide emergency maintenance support, including weekends, nights, holidays, and other overtime requirements
  • And you will support purchasing activities and manage plant materials, equipment, spare parts, and consumable inventories to maintain operational readiness
  • Perform work in both office and field environments, including outdoor work in varying weather conditions and access to elevated equipment via ladders, scaffolding, man-lifts, and crane baskets

What makes you great

  • You have a minimum of five (5) years of maintenance experience in an industrial manufacturing environment; Associate's degree in a mechanical-related field or ten (10) years of industrial maintenance experience preferred
  • Proven experience installing, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial mechanical equipment, including pumps, compressors, manual valves, and related systems
  • Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance systems, equipment, methodologies, and reliability best practices
  • You have proven ability to work independently, lead or participate on cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and team interaction skills
  • Proficiency with computers and standard business software, including Microsoft Office, email applications, and asset management systems such as Infor EAM and ProCal
  • You have understanding of applicable regulatory requirements, industrial standards, and codes
  • Ability to travel approximately 10% to support regional facilities
