What you will enjoy doing*

• You will support maintenance and deployment of the site QMS (Quality Management System) in alignment with AS9100, customer-specific requirements, and regulatory standards
• You will complete internal audits as required as well as communicate gaps and escalate audit closure issues as necessary
• You must create visual reports to support production leadership to manager Quality KPI's as well as participate in plant meetings specifically reporting on Quality KPI's as necessary
• This role will interface with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Program teams to ensure QMS requirement are being met
• You will assist with internal audit planning and execution to strengthen system compliance

What makes you great

• The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in quality systems, quality administration, or regulated manufacturing environments
• An associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus, equivalent experience will be strongly considered in leu of a degree
• The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience supporting AS9100, OEM, and Nadcap audits
• Experience in Aerospace manufacturing as well as interacting with multiple original experienced manufacturers (OEM's)- such as Rolls-Royce, GE, Pratt & Whitney, Honeywell, etc
• The ideal candidate will have familiarity and experience with electronic QMS platforms
