What you will enjoy doing*- You will assess and analyze current manufacturing processes
- You will develop the processes for new products, work processes, and other manufacturing needs
- You will develop and draft job instructions for all manufacturing processes
- You will develop and implement efficient quality control processes and cost-saving measures
- You will oversee and optimize the full lifecycle of a product's manufacturing process and suggest and implement improvements to current manufacturing processes to maximize efficiency
- You will coordinate with various departments to ensure products are completed on time, complete contract review of customer purchase orders, and communicate with customers to ensure their needs are being met
What makes you great- Bachelor's degree in materials science, manufacturing, mechanical, chemical, industrial, or related engineering field
- Manufacturing environment experience preferred
- Proficient in data analysis programs and Microsoft Suite
- Creativity and analytical problem-solving abilities
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma is desired
- Effective time management skills
- Communication and customer service skills
- Experience using CAD (computer-aided design) software a plus
