- You will manage plant financial performance, including budget ownership, cost control, and productivity improvements.
- You will lead cross-functional alignment and transformation initiatives, while executing additional responsibilities based on business needs.
What makes you great- PhD with 5+ years of related experience, OR Master's degree with 8+ years, OR Bachelor's degree with 10+ years, OR 16+ years of directly related manufacturing experience.
- Proven experience leading large-scale manufacturing operations with full accountability for safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
- Demonstrated success leading leaders and building high-performing leadership teams.
- Strong expertise in Lean Production System principles, with the ability to apply, own, and drive enterprise-level improvements and cultural adoption.
- Strong financial and business acumen, including budget and cost management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional influence skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Demonstrates leadership behaviors including humility, transparency, accountability, and continuous learning.
