What you will enjoy doing*

• You will perform operational tasks that support coating, blasting, masking, plating, chamber operations, and other production processes in accordance with job instructions and standard operating procedures
• You will visually inspect parts and materials throughout the process to identify defects, contamination, damage, or other non-conforming conditions and take appropriate action
• You will load, unload, and handle customer hardware and materials using equipment and tools while maintaining safety and quality standards
• You will maintain equipment, workstations, and surrounding areas by performing routine cleaning, basic upkeep, and reporting equipment issues to leadership
• You will document required production data, complete job routers or quality documentation, and escalate non-conformances through the appropriate reporting process
• You will support operational needs across departments and perform additional tasks or projects as assigned based on business priorities and production requirements
