• You will lead manufacturing engineering activities for new product introductions, including customer-facing technical support, bid development, and project management for new processes and equipment
• You will develop and justify capital expenditures through detailed financial modeling and cost analysis.
• You will drive production performance by resolving non-conformances, reducing Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ), and optimizing workflows using data-driven methods
• You will identify and mitigate operational risks through proactive process oversight, equipment management, and continuous improvement initiatives
• You will provide strategic input to operations planning, including process optimization and workforce capability development
• You will lead, mentor, and develop the engineering team while fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement

What makes you great

• You will have a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant engineering discipline orequivalent
• You will have 3-5yrs of Management Experience
• You will have experience working within a fast paced manufacturingenvironment
• You will be self-motivated, and able to work without appreciabledirection
• You must be able to demonstrate effective problem-solving andanalytical capability
