What you will enjoy doing*

• You will manage Engineering Technician(s) in the EBPVD support cell.
• You ensure successful completion of assigned project phases within the budgeted time and cost constraints.
• You will assist in the design and modification tooling / fixturing for new product introduction and improvement of existing processes.
• You will prepare appropriate documentation, reports, and summaries to communicate project progress or results.
• You must be capable of positively influencing those that do not report to this position in an effort to achieve the organization's goals.

What makes you great

• You will need a bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, materials, or chemical engineering AND 4+ years of related experience, in thermal barrier coating operations or processes/equipment typically used in a coatings-manufacturing environment OR 12+ years of related experience. Equivalent combination education and experience will be considered.
• Robotic (ABB and Fanuc) troubleshooting and programming experience desired but not required.
• You must be a self-starter able to manage projects with minimal supervision.
• You must have personal computer proficiency, business administration know-how, and a working knowledge of quality control systems.
• You have a LEAN/Six Sigma green belt or black belt (not required but a plus).
