What you will enjoy doing*

  • In this role you will ensure delivery of HR services across Americas, ensuring timely decisions and effective risk management
  • Build and sustain productive relationships with AMT senior leaders and managers, as well as Linde's Corporate HR team and other key stakeholders (Law Department, Compliance & Investigations, etc.) to ensure workplace culture consistent with Linde core values.
  • Develop, interpret, and implement HR policies and procedures in conjunction with business strategies
  • Drive and deliver assigned HR operational plan, meeting stakeholder expectations in terms of objectives, standards, and timelines
  • Provide continuity of HR leadership coverage across region through strong team leadership, operating cadence, and succession depth within HR organization
  • Guide talent acquisition strategy and talent development initiatives
  • Manage and continuously improve Performance Management Process, educating and coaching managers and key stakeholders

What makes you great

  • Bachelor's Degree in human resources management or relevant field of study required; Master's degree preferred
  • 10+ years' human resources experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong business acumen, ability to drive results through others, strong analytical skills, excellent process orientation
  • Strong interpersonal, teambuilding, communication, planning and organizing skills
  • Hands-on practical implementation knowledge of HR programs and processes
  • Prior experience in labor relations preferred
  • Ability to travel 25 - 30%
