Description:

Provide administrative support for Retail Operations department and staff. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.Minimum
  • Excellent phone and written/oral communication skills and good typing/filing skills
  • Ability to write reports and correspondence
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with the ability to learn new computer skills
  • Ability to exhibit good judgement and role model strong customer service skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, plan and meet deadlines
  • Ability to gain the support of others to get the job done

Desired
  • Prior experience supporting several managers
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support for applicable department and staff
  • Provide customer service that makes both internal and external customers feel welcome, important and appreciated
  • Transcribe and/or compose letters, memos and reports.
  • Produce and assemble materials/documents needed for meetings, training sessions and presentations
  • Process district/department mail and distribute accordingly.
  • Read and understand operating statements, work accurately with numbers and recap information for the department
  • Maintain communications between store managers, coordinators and districts
  • Work with applicable departments in the maintenance of associates' records
  • Create reports and spreadsheets for the department
  • Supervise and coordinate events and activities
  • Report and follow-through on product recalls, contests, recaps, class recalls, and other activities
