Johnson and Johnson is recruiting for a Manufacturing Systems – BPO to be located in Warsaw, IN or Raynham, MA.


Johnson & Johnson Medtech is a leader in orthopedics, providing one of the most comprehensive portfolios in the industry. Our Joints reconstruction manufacturing facilities are located globally, including sites in Raynham & Bridgewater, MA; Warsaw, IN; Cork, Ireland; Blackpool, UK; Leeds, UK; Suzhou, China; and a new site in Costa Rica.


Position Summary:
Reporting to the Joints Global Manufacturing Systems Standards lead, the MES/Low Code Business Product Owner will be responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of manufacturing systems and data, such as manufacturing execution systems (MES) and low-code development platforms. This role will act as the liaison between business stakeholders (e.g. Operations, Quality and Engineering) and the global product teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and drive innovative solutions.


Key Responsibilities:
• Product Vision: Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Manufacturing Systems such as MES and low-code applications.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Feature Prioritization: Working with the global product teams, prioritize product features and enhancements based on business impact, user feedback, and strategic alignment.
• Development Oversight: Work closely with development teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features.
• User Acceptance Testing: Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the product meets business needs and quality standards.
• Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to support the adoption of new processes and tools.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor product performance; use data to drive product improvements.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support for end-users, ensuring they have the necessary resources to utilize the systems effectively.

• Ability to apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems
• Managing risk and crisis, including investigation, escalation, prioritization and resolution of systems and support issues and developing and managing responses.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience, specifically for MES or low-code platforms.
• Strong understanding of Medtech manufacturing processes and technologies.
• Proven experience in agile methodologies and product management frameworks, including SDLC.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
• Experience with MES solutions (e.g., Siemens Opcenter).
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and balance competing priorities.
Preferred:
• Familiarity with low-code platforms (e.g., Mendix, Microsoft Power Apps).
