Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) Days Fort Wayne Recovery Location: Fort Wayne, IN Schedule: Full-Time | Monday - Friday | 8: 00am - 4: 00pm Setting: Outpatient Addiction Treatment Position Overview Fort Wayne Recovery is seeking a compassionate and dependable Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to support adults on their recovery journey from mental health and substance use disorders. In this role, you'll help create a safe, structured, and supportive environment by supervising clients, encouraging participation in treatment, transporting clients to appointments and recovery meetings, and collaborating closely with our clinical team. Because transportation is an essential function of this position, candidates must possess a valid driver's license, maintain a clean driving record, obtain any required driving endorsements, and immediately report any changes to their driving status during employment.
