Sales Support Coordinator / Customer Service Representative

Serve as main point of contact for a specific territoryAnalyze issues and provide the best resolution for the customer and companyCollaborate effectively with various departments including Order Processing, Logistics, Manufacturing, etc.Communicate effectively with dealer partners and external sales representativesProvide appropriate and timely responses to inquiries and requestsMust be well-versed in the Indiana Furniture product offering, and/or be willing to learnAbility to work occasional overtime as neededAbility to travel as required; currently anticipated to be < 5% for the purpose of professional development, customer visits, etc.Perform other duties as may be assigned at managements discretion
