Floater-Repair/Touch-Up

All employees must wear safety glasses at all times. (Non-prescription safety glasses will be provided by Indiana Furniture.) Hearing protection and work gloves are available upon request. Individuals accepting job assignments with Indiana Furniture must be able to work during scheduled work hours on a regular basis. Finish Floater (Repair/Touch-Up) - must be able to perform the following essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations: Verify color using the appropriate step color panel after each pass Change finish or notify appropriate personal when change is required Sand and reapply color for repair when necessary Sand, inspect, and repair parts as needed Clean and organize work station at end of shift Complete daily, weekly, biweekly, and monthly checklists Consistently demonstrate the 5 Traits of Success: Passion, Integrity, Teamwork, Confidence, and Hard Work. Perform other duties as may be assigned at managers discretion Able to lift, push, pull, bend, stoop, use a ladder, and stand for an entire shift EOE, including disability/vets
