Coordinator - Production

Assist with the scheduling of production orders, and printing and distribution of production schedules. Maintain and update documents including but not limited to NESHAP, SDS/MSDS, JHA, product installation instructions, continuous improvement documentation, etc. Perform inventory transactions such as entering transactions, rejecting parts, maintain inventory counts on a monthly basis and update records accordingly, etc. Schedule hot parts and ensure completion in a timely manner. Cross-train in the inventory control position which includes material receipts and cycle counts. Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records. Assist with HR responsibilities by coordinating plant-wide events and employee communications. Perform other duties as may be assigned at management's discretion.
