This position is responsible for accurately processing customer orders from start to finish while ensuring that each order meets the specific requirements and expectations of the individual customer. This position combines customer service, order entry, sales support and account coordination. The ideal candidate is an experienced, self-motivated professional who can manage multiple priorities, work independently, and maintain a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment. This role requires someone who is comfortable working with large amounts of data and who understands that small details can have a significant impact on customer satisfaction, order fulfillment, and profitability.
