Job Description

Ensures tooling, programs, and equipment are ready and optimized for efficient production. Supports process improvements and minimizes downtime. ReportingReports to the Engineering Manager. Collaborates across teams and halts unsafe or incorrect operations when necessary. Key Responsibilities Prepare and maintain tools, equipment, and programs for production Oversee first runs and troubleshoot complex parts Order supplies and manage tool libraries Optimize operation sequences for safety and efficiency Support continuous improvement and preventive maintenance
