At Indelco Plastics, we're searching for a motivated and people-oriented Outside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you won't just be selling — you'll be building real partnerships with clients in a hands-on industry, providing high-quality fluid handling products and solutions.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Visiting and building lasting relationships with customers in your assigned territory
  • Identifying and developing new sales opportunities through research, prospecting, and referrals
  • Following up on leads and inquiries with confidence and professionalism
  • Providing quotes, answering technical questions, and guiding clients to the right solution
  • Partnering with our internal teams and warehouse to ensure on-time, accurate deliveries
  • Staying informed about new products, market trends, and customer needs
  • Helping troubleshoot challenges and provide creative solutions when issues arise
  • Attending sales meetings, maintaining accurate call logs, and keeping a clean vehicle log
What We're Looking For
  • 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience (bonus if you've worked with plastics or industrial products)
  • A great communicator who enjoys connecting with people
  • Detail-oriented and organized with strong follow-through
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, CRM/ERP systems, and updating calendars/logs
  • Someone with a valid driver's license and who enjoys being on the road
  • A self-starter who can manage their schedule and prioritize their territory
