Your Role: Site Planner

As a Site Planner, you will be part of the Clinton Manufacturing Supply Chain team, responsible for translating long-term demand into an achievable production plan that aligns with site capacity, resources, and business priorities. In this role, you will lead cross-functional planning processes, perform data-driven analysis to support decision-making, and manage planning initiatives that improve service, inventory performance, and operational efficiency. This position has a strong project management and analytical focus, requiring the ability to drive scenarios, manage priorities, and lead planning improvements across the site.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain mid- to long-term production plans by analyzing demand, capacity, inventory, and supply constraints to ensure alignment with customer service and site objectives

  • Lead cross-functional planning activities, including R& OP/S& OP alignment, product launches, and supply scenarios, and serve as the key liaison between site operations and central supply chain teams

  • Perform data analysis and scenario modeling to evaluate risks, optimize inventory and production strategies, and support business plan and forecast reviews

  • Monitor production performance and inventory levels, proactively identifying issues and driving corrective actions or crisis management support when needed

  • Lead or support planning-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives within SAP/IBP and site planning processes

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, or related field (or High School Diploma/GED with equivalent experience)

  • Required Experience: Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in supply chain planning, production planning, operations, manufacturing, or a related analytical role

  • Top 2 skills: Strong analytical and scenario modeling capability, along with project management and cross-functional influencing skills

What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications):

  • Experience with SAP and/or IBP planning systems

  • APICS or other supply chain certification

  • Experience leading cross-functional projects or planning initiatives

  • Knowledge of manufacturing operations, capacity planning, and inventory optimization

  • Advanced Excel, data analysis, or reporting skills

  • Travel: Up to 10% annually as needed
