Your Role: Manufacturing Scientist/Technical ServicesIntern–Elanco Technology Center(Summer 2027)

As a Summer 2027EngineeringIntern with Elanco Animal Health, you will be part of theTechnical Services Manufacturing Sciences (TSMS)Lab teamat ourElanco Technology Center(ETC), to deliver a practical solution to reducing analytical variability, a manufacturing technical project, or implementation of new lab methods. Interns will have exposure to many career pathsand diverse subject matter experts as many projects havenetwork-wide impact.

Your Responsibilities:

• Understand the Animal Health Manufacturing process, document using GMP guidelines, and understand the importance of the Quality Unit

• Work within cross-functional teams to implement process or Quality Control lab improvements

• Learn aboutfermentation, product recovery, product finishing, orquality control

• Study design improvement processes

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):

• Education: Currently enrolled in aBiology(Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Immunology or otherrelated)orChemistry, orChemicalEngineering major

• TopSkills: Experience in Microsoft Suites and a willingness to learn.

• Strong communicationand interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Must be able to work exceptionally well independently and with minimal supervision

• Previouslaboratory experience
