Your Role: Farm Animal Retail Marketing- Academic Worker

The US Farm Animal Retail Team works with many retailers in the ecommerce space. Many of our ‘brick and mortar’ customers also have websites where customers can research and purchase Elanco farm animal products (dewormers, insecticides, etc.). Many of the images, descriptions, and marketing content on our customers’ websites are outdated, absent, or just inaccurate. Additionally, these customers have periodic media placements (print and social) to communicate directly with their customers – end users of Elanco’s product.

Your Responsibilities:

This role would work with our Retail Marketing Team as well as species Brand Managers to primarily assist with three tasks:

• eCommerce Customer Content Auditing & Updating
  • Review retail websites for accurate (and present) images, key messages, and product content
  • Collaborate with the Elanco team to locate the accurate information
  • Work directly with the Elanco sales team and the customer to update their website appropriately
• Digital Content Creation
  • Partner with Retail Marketers to update internal digital content platform (Salsify) with product categories not currently included: vaccines, anti-infectives, implants, feed additives
  • Work cross-functionally to collect and/or create up-to-date images, key messages, and product content to include in Salsify for these categories
• Customer Media Placements
  • Develop a process for ‘standardizing’ content for customer media placements across the Retail and Channel Teams
• Work with the Retail and Channel Marketers to build out library for customer media placements

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):

• Education: Currently enrolled in Marketing, Business, Analytics
• Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel experience
• Highly self-motivated and driven leadership
