Your Role: ERP G2N Solution Lead
As ERP G2N Solution Lead, you will partner closely with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to ensure the successful delivery of compliant, high-quality Gross-to-Net (G2N) solutions. This role focuses on translating Pricing, Rebates, and Master Data business needs into scalable technical solutions, with deep ownership across SAP Vistex and S/4HANA Settlement Management capabilities. You will report to the ERP Customer Director and serve as a key driver of G2N strategy, delivery, and system stewardship.
Your Responsibilities
Operations & System Stewardship (20%)
Own the stability, integrity, and lifecycle management of G2N systems, with focus on SAP Vistex IP, DMP, and S/4HANA Settlement Management
Lead release management and ensure operational readiness across all G2N-related platforms
Ensure all system changes meet regulatory, quality, and compliance requirements including GxP and SOX
Translate regulatory and compliance requirements into resilient SAP-based solutions
Partner with vendors and internal teams to prioritize issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive resolution
Collaborate with Global Business Process Owners and stakeholders to align IT enablement with business strategy
Delivery Leadership (70%)
Serve as delivery lead for major G2N programs and initiatives
Design and deliver SAP Vistex and S/4HANA enhancements aligned with global architecture standards
Lead ERP and pricing-side integrations with internal and external platforms, including Veeva Network
Convert business requirements into clear technical designs and implementation plans
Provide effort estimates, technical guidance, and risk visibility for enhancement requests
Own change management communications, testing accountability, documentation, and go-live readiness
Ensure effective knowledge transfer to business partners and support teams
Technical Subject Matter Expertise (10%)
Build and maintain deep expertise in Vistex DMP, Deals, IP Rebates, Billbacks, and S/4HANA Settlement Management
Stay ahead of ERP and Vistex platform evolution to improve functionality and user experience
What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Information Technology, or a related field
5–7 years of hands-on SAP and Vistex configuration and design experience across DMR, DMP, Deals, IP Rebates, and/or Billbacks
Deep functional knowledge of Pricing, Rebates, and Gross-to-Net processes within Order-to-Cash and S/4HANA environments
Proven ability to operate effectively in complex, regulated, and cross-functional environments
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complexity into clarity
High comfort with ambiguity, autonomy, and structured problem-solving
Demonstrated analytical rigor, sound judgment, and stakeholder influence
What Will Give You a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications)
Global or multi-region implementation experience
Life sciences, pharmaceutical, or animal health domain expertise with GxP and SOX exposure
Vendor and partner management experience
ITIL knowledge or certification
Background as an IT Business Analyst or in product-focused environments
Experience with modern product discovery and delivery approaches
Direct involvement in new ERP implementations
