The Commons on Meridian is now hiring a Night Shift Supervisor (LPN)

    Requirements:

    • Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to our residents, family members, customers and staff.
    • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
    • Two years nursing experience providing direct care in long-term care, acute care, restorative or geriatric nursing setting.
    • One-year supervisory/management experience with direct care staff.
    • Current active state licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
    • Current CPR Certification.
