Memory Care Nurse (RN/LPN) – Brownsburg Meadows
Full-Time | Evening Shift (2: 00 PM – 10: 30 PM)
Brownsburg Meadows is hiring a Memory Care Nurse (RN/LPN) for our evening shift. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care while supporting the unique needs of residents in our memory care community.
Our nurses play a critical role in promoting both the physical and psychosocial well-being of residents while creating a structured, calm, and engaging environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to memory care residents in accordance with care plans
- Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to the interdisciplinary team
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Support and guide CNAs/QMAs to ensure quality care delivery
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Foster a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for residents and staff
Requirements:
· Current and valid Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
· Proficient medication management skills.
· Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition.
· Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
