We are actively recruiting for an experienced leader to lead our team at Eagle Valley Meadows, part of American Senior Communities. Candidates must be licensed as a Healthcare Facility Administrator (HFA).

Requirements:

  • The ability to foster an environment of excellence while leading a caring team who makes a difference in the lives of our residents who we are privileged to serve.
  • A strong understanding of the long-term care industry and operations
  • An active and valid Healthcare Facility Administrator license in Indiana
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred.
