Centra has an exciting opportunity for a Centra Financial Services Operations & Compliance Manager in Columbus, Indiana. The Centra Financial Services Operations & Compliance Manager is a player/coach role who is responsible for driving operational efficiency, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting scalable growth across Centra Financial Services. This role proactively monitors evolving compliance requirements, implements process improvement and equips Advisors and Support Staff with the tools, training, and structure needed to operate in a fully compliant and efficient environment. Through strong cross-functional coordination, technology optimization, and disciplined reporting, the role enhances the overall effectives of CFS operations while supporting a consistent, high-quality Member experience.

Essential Functions: This position may be required to perform additional duties as requested. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform.
  • Leads ongoing workflow evaluations to improve efficiency, scalability, and service delivery across CFS. Develops, maintains, and continuously refines CFS procedures and operational standards.
  • Supports change management efforts tied to new processes, systems and technology enhancements and researches and recommends new technology solutions to enhance productivity and compliance.
  • Ensures readiness for regulatory and licensing requirements in alignment with regulations such as semi-annual branch exams and annual license renewals, registrations, and continuing education requirements across CFS.
  • Monitors and communicates monthly compliance updates, ensuring timely adoption across CFS.
  • Ensures adherence to Salesforce compliance requirements and other regulatory systems.
  • Serves as a key liaison between CFS and vendors such as TruStage and LPL on compliance-related matters.
  • Delivers accurate and timely monthly commission, accounting, and production reports.
  • Provides data-driven insights to support decision-making and operational performance improvements. Monitors and communicates business development and marketing budget utilization across CFS.
  • Develops and maintains user guides for Member-facing and Advisor technology platforms for future development. Designs and delivers training to Advisors on systems, workflows, and compliance expectations while supporting team with reporting, troubleshooting, and operational guidance.
  • Supervises the day-to-day operations of the CFS Support Specialist. Supervisory duties include performance management, training, and develop.
  • Administration of CFS Member Experience programs, proactively identifying and addressing service gaps.
  • Plans and manages the annual seminar calendar, ensuring alignment with Advisor goals and Member needs.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE – (Equivalent combination of Education & Experience will be considered.)
  • Associate's Degree in Related Field
  • Three years up to five years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience
