Job Description

The Occupational Health Program Manager is responsible for the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of occupational health programs across operations. This role ensures compliance with health regulations, reduces occupational risk, and promotes workforce health through proactive, data-driven strategies.

The compensation for this position will be commensurate with education or work experience.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Leads development and execution of occupational health programs across operations.
  • Ensures compliance with occupational health regulations and standards.
  • Conducts risk assessments and drives corrective actions to reduce health-related incidents.
  • Analyzes health data and trends to inform proactive interventions.
  • Leverages AI tools to enhance risk prediction, monitoring, and compliance reporting.


What You'll Need for Success:
  • Bachelor's degree in occupational health or related field required.
  • 5-8 years of occupational health or EHS experience in industrial or construction environments.
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA and occupational health standards. CSP (Certified Safety Professional), CIH (Certified Industrial Hygienist), or equivalent.
  • Experience leading programs, audits, and investigations.
  • Experience with data analytics or AI-enabled tools preferred.
  • The role requires mobility within work environments, use of office equipment, lifting up to 20 pounds, clear vision and hearing, effective communication skills, and occasional travel for meetings and training sessions.
