Job DescriptionThe position is structured for rotation across various functions within the contracts department, including: (1) Purchase and Change Orders, (2) Waivers, (3) Pre-qualifications, (4) Requests for Proposal/Bids (RFP/B), (5) State and Local Licensing, and (6) Insurance and Bond matters
The salary for this role will be commensurate based on education and/or experience.
What You Will Be Doing: - Prepares, processes, reviews, and signs select purchase orders and change orders in accordance with company policies and contractual obligations.
- Prepare and submit lien waivers, payment applications, specialized billing forms, and sworn statements by investigating and confirming accuracy of accounts receivables against internal and customer-prepared documentation
- Processes and tracks various state and local government authority business licenses required to perform work in the jurisdictions in which Badger operates.
- Processes, prepares, reviews, and tracks certificate of insurance and bond requests and renewals
- missing documentation, and resolve issues.
- Assists with the organization and clean-up of contract files, folders, and other administrative tasks.
- Supports process improvement initiatives related to contract lifecycle management and document control, including development and maintenance of standard templates.
What We're Looking For: - High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree preferred.
- Prior experience (1+ year preferred) in a corporate or field operations environment handling contracts or legal documentation.
- Strong computer proficiency with a variety of software applications, including CRM systems, MS-Office Suite and PDF software and excellent typing skills.
- Good organizational, time management and prioritization skills and high degree of comfort working in a dynamic environment.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with internal departments and external customers to support the team.
- Collaborative mindset with flexibility to cross-train and support diverse contract functions.
- OFFICE: The role requires mobility within work environments, use of office equipment, lifting up to 20 pounds, clear vision

- Good organizational, time management and prioritization skills and high degree of comfort working in a dynamic environment.
