Therapist / Associate Therapist Allendale Behavioral Health Location: Fort Wayne, IN Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week | In person Setting: Inpatient Mental Health & Psychiatric Treatment Come join the clinical team at Allendale Behavioral Health and help adults navigate some of lifes toughest challenges. We provide a supportive, structured, and therapeutic environment where patients receive comprehensive behavioral health care. Our clinicians work collaboratively with medical, nursing, and behavioral health professionals to help patients build the skills needed for stability, recovery, and long-term wellness. What Youll Do Provide individual, group, and family therapy to adults experiencing mental health and psychiatric concernsDevelop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals and objectivesComplete clinical assessments and monitor patient progress throughout treatmentProvide education on coping skills, emotional regulation, recovery, and mental wellnessCollaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurses, and fellow clinicians as part of an interdisciplinary treatment teamAssess and respond appropriately to suicide risk, self-harm concerns, and behavioral health crisesMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentationParticipate in treatment planning, team meetings, and ongoing clinical programming What Were Looking For Masters degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related behavioral health fieldActive Indiana licensure such as LCSW, LSW, LMHC, LMHCA, LMFT, LMFTA, LCAC, LCACA, or PsyDAssociate-level clinicians are encouraged to apply.
