About the Role
The Talent Experience Manager will play a key role in shaping and executing our talent management strategy. Reporting to the VP, Talent Experience Director, this leader will be responsible for core talent management activities, including succession planning, talent reviews, skills assessments, and enterprise-wide talent planning initiatives. They will oversee a team of Talent Planning Specialists to ensure a consistent, high-impact approach to talent development across the organization.

The estimated salary range for this role is $98, 000 - $132, 000, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills and experience.
