What you’ll do
The Wire Operations Supervisor role is responsible for day-to-day oversight of the Administrative Team and will act as a work coordinator for the Administrative Team.
Responsible for load balancing and training support, while maintaining a presence in the production.
Take the lead with escalations, testing, research, and analysis and will be the lead participant in testing both during and outside of regular business hours. Participate in procedure writing, capacity planning, audit requests, and planning and scheduling resources for UAT and/or Production releases.
Hold team meetings and individual reviews with the specialists, senior(s), and on the processing team.
Manage Workday request submitted by their respective team.
Ensures the team has the tools to perform their job at an optimal level. Advocates for an inclusive environment, ensuring everyone has a voice.
Manages group email boxes to ensure transactions are processed and customer questions are addressed timely
Monitor and approve large dollar/NSF transactions and special queues requiring a higher level of expertise
Timely clearing of exceptions (e.g. transactions requiring secondary review and outside of documented process) and daily reconciliations
Support customer and internal banker calls including escalations
Partner with 3rd party providers and internal support teams to address issues (e.g. connectivity) impacting system performance
Ensure wire system is properly opened and closed daily
Qualifications:
Associates Degree
5-7 years of experience Electronic Payments including Wire Transfer, Real Time Payments/Instant Payments and ACH, SWIFT Network, Clearinghouse
Familiarity with Banking Regulations such as Dodd-Frank, Reg E, UCC4a as it relates to commercial payments
Knowledge of Federal Reserve Bank Operating Circulars.
Previous customer contact experience and Federal Reserve Bank Fedwire system a plus

Compensation:
The estimated annual salary range for this role is $59, 000-$77, 000 along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and experience.
