Position Overview:
The role of Senior Treasury Management Specialist- Implementations is to onboard both new and existing customer TM product implementations. Accuracy is critical to the creation of customer agreements, which are required for implementation. Excellent communication skills are also required, as customer training is a large component of the position. Prepare Treasury Management documents/agreements and implement appropriate services for new and existing customers. Conduct customer trainings (on site and phone) and installations throughout the Wintrust footprint. Prepare product documentation and implement additional accounts and services for customers.
The Senior Treasury Management Specialist- Implementations position differs from the TM Specialist position- Implementations in that they work complex and technically sophisticated TM products and services onboarding. The Senior Treasury Management Specialist- Implementations position is considered elevated role and will provide coordinator of onboarding with customers, sales and 3rd party providers. Technical product knowledge is an important aspect of the role.
What you’ll do:
Provide onboarding of new and existing clients
Pull TM New Product Tickets through the ITSM Self Service Tool (Heat)
Assist management with projects as needed and when requested
Assist management with employee onboarding and new employee training
Qualifications:
5+ years of Treasury Management experience.
Ability to train other employees, answer their questions, and provide guidance
Technical resource to TMSS employees
Competency to handle difficult customer calls
Ability to pull all ticket types (both simple and complex) without hesitation
Focus on customer service for both internal and external clients
Extensive knowledge of Treasury Management products and the banking industry
The ability to multi-task and handle multiple requests at one time
Organization

Ability to retain and easily recall new information

Compensation:
The estimated hourly rate for this role is $26.00 - $32.00, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual pay rate may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and experience.
