Position Overview

The Integrated Solutions Program Manager (Third-Party, Carrier or GA Programs) is responsible for managing a portfolio of insurance agents, brokers, carriers or intermediary programs

Responsibilities

• Completes requested premium finance quotes and adheres to credit/underwriting term/pricing procedures & guidelines on low-touch programs with primarily standard term quote requests.

• Uses creativity and good judgment to provide the client with the best possible solutions to their needs while minimizing the risk to FIRST.

• Works with department management and outside sales where applicable to analyze and vet programs through profit modeling in effort to optimize program performance, asset quality and profit.

• Monitor service requests, quotes, and business from assigned programs, for FIRST’s “Fourteen Warning Signs” and concerning trends.

• Coordinate with program compliance team to improve processes and address servicing needs.

• Develop and maintains client relationships through superior service.

• Accept inbound emails and phone calls from agents and insureds; accept payments, answer questions and resolve concerns on Third Party & other program quotes/accounts as needed

• May performs miscellaneous projects for the Integrated Solutions management team.

• Utilizes established procedures but decides action within tasks

• Resolves routine standard problems. Applies fundamental concepts

• Follows standard practices and procedures

Qualifications

• Experience: 0-3 years

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

• Knowledge of insurance products

• General computer and MS Office suite

Compensation

• The estimated salary range for this role is $42k - $55k along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills and experience.
