Position Overview
The Integrated Solutions Program Manager (Third-Party, Carrier or GA Programs) is responsible for managing a portfolio of insurance agents, brokers, carriers or intermediary programs
Responsibilities
Completes requested premium finance quotes and adheres to credit/underwriting term/pricing procedures & guidelines on low-touch programs with primarily standard term quote requests.
Uses creativity and good judgment to provide the client with the best possible solutions to their needs while minimizing the risk to FIRST.
Works with department management and outside sales where applicable to analyze and vet programs through profit modeling in effort to optimize program performance, asset quality and profit.
Monitor service requests, quotes, and business from assigned programs, for FIRST’s “Fourteen Warning Signs” and concerning trends.
Coordinate with program compliance team to improve processes and address servicing needs.
Develop and maintains client relationships through superior service.
Accept inbound emails and phone calls from agents and insureds; accept payments, answer questions and resolve concerns on Third Party & other program quotes/accounts as needed
May performs miscellaneous projects for the Integrated Solutions management team.
Utilizes established procedures but decides action within tasks
Resolves routine standard problems. Applies fundamental concepts
Follows standard practices and procedures
Qualifications
Experience: 0-3 years
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Knowledge of insurance products
General computer and MS Office suite

Compensation
The estimated salary range for this role is $42k - $55k along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills and experience.
