What you'll do:

As a Deposit Operations/Mailroom Team Member, your responsibilities will include completing multiple daily tasks in the mailroom, as well as being part of projects for other CDO departments.

Tasks include, but not limited to:

  • Accurately sort, process, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages according to established procedures and timelines.

  • Respond to internal and external inquiries promptly, aiding in resolving issues related to mail and package delivery.

  • Maintain accurate logs of shipments, deliveries, and returned mail, ensuring all records are up to date and any discrepancies are addressed.

  • Use company vehicle to drive to post office and other locations for pickups and drop-offs

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years' experience in Courier, Mailroom, or Related Field

  • General computer skills - proficiency in excel is a must

  • Valid Driver's License

  • Must be able to multi-task and switch between projects as needed

  • Ability to work and be flexible between the hours of 8: 00am to 6: 00pm Monday - Friday

  • Requirement for physical in office presence. Non hybrid/remote role.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Compensation:

The estimated hourly salary range for this role is $19.24-$21.63 along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and experience.
