What You’ll Do:

The Loan Servicing Supervisor supervises mortgage servicing functions including verification of mortgages, payoffs, payoff statements, releases, and Recast matters to ensure compliance with all required timelines.

  • Provide daily support and oversight to staff, including answering questions, problem resolution, training and coaching, and ensuring timely and accurate execution of tasks.

  • Maintains and improves quality results by following standards and recommending improved policies and procedures

  • Oversees servicing of construction to permanent loans to ensure maintenance is properly done and loans are converted to permanent accurately.

  • Manage MERS servicing related responsibilities, including ensuring all information is properly identified in the servicing platform as required for MERS.

  • Supervises department staff, establishes, and monitors performance measurements, defines training goals, provide professional mentoring to foster best practices, to improve productivity and to promote innovation in the workplace.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years prior knowledge of Mortgage Servicing Operational processes and technology platforms supporting the operations.

  • Ability to multi-task and adhere to firm deadlines.

  • Excellent time management skills with ability to prioritize multiple projects

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook

  • Advanced Computer Skills

  • Associates degree or equivalent

Compensation:

The estimated salary range for this role is $59, 000 - $77, 000, along with eligibility to earn a quarterly bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and experience.
