What You’ll Do:

The Loan Processor III processes conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Bond, Jumbo, Construction-to-Perm, renovation loans and brokered loans.

  • High customer services skills are a must – our most successful Processors communicate often and accurately with the borrower and other professionals

  • Successful Processors care about doing things the Right Way, and exhibit high ethical and compliance standards

  • Our best Processors have proven time management and strong organizational skills

  • As we help people maintain their homeownership needs, we ensure all deadlines are met – contingency, closing, and lock expiration

  • Successful Processors will build strong relationships with our Sales Partners, Underwriting and Closing peers

  • Processing conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Bond, Jumbo, Construction-to-Perm, renovation loans and brokered loans

  • Responsible for review and analysis of the credit file to include income, assets, contract, and disclosures

  • Can calculate various income: wage earner, SSN, Disability, Schedule C Self Employed, Complex Self Employed with multiple businesses, Dividend & Interest income, Capital Gains income, P& L income, Multiple property rental income

  • Has a target caseload of 32 - 37 loans

  • Possess effective problem-solving skills

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience as a Mortgage Processor

  • Experience with Conventional, Jumbo, Construction-to-Perm, Bond, Renovation and Government lending programs

  • Wage Earner and Self-Employed income calculation experience is required

  • Bilingual candidates are a plus

  • Encompass experience

  • High School Diploma

Compensation:

The estimated annual salary range for this role is $50, 000-$65, 000, along with eligibility to earn bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and experience.
