Position Summary
The SVP, Director of Corporate Real Estate Project Manager manages multiple million-dollar construction projects and is the leader of the Project Management team responsible for continuing upgrades to branches and other facilities. The duties include research and analysis of opportunities presented by business partners, coordinating with company leadership to conduct risk assessments, and maintaining beneficial relationships with clients, suppliers and other business partners.
What You’ll Do
Plan and control costs while ensuring timely project delivery
Coordinate ongoing maintenance and inspections to comply with all relevant laws, codes, and company policies
Provide critical analysis of architectural drawings and product specifications
Pay invoices, and analyze operating statements
Prepare annual and project budgets and report on financial performance regularly
Manage on-site staff, and vendor and contractor relationships
Address complaints, violations, and problems
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and 7-10 years of experience related to Retail and Commercial Office Development
Must be an excellent communicator and able to scope and juggle multiple projects of various sizes and complexity
Clear understanding of commercial construction process
Experience with Workday, Excel, Construction Software, Prolog, Procure & Microsoft Project or equivalent
Nice to have: Industry-related certifications and awards

Compensation
The estimated salary range for this role is $141, 000-$190, 000, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills and experience.
