Job Description Summary

The Deposit Strategies Portfolio Manager will:

Manage customer service for a designated portfolio of high-value deposit clients, serving as the initial point of contact and accountable owner of the end-to-end service experience. Oversee day-to-day service delivery by coordinating across internal partners including Treasury Management, Deposit Operations, International Services, and Loan Operations. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and audit standards while supporting the full account lifecycle, including onboarding, maintenance, and retention. Act as the primary escalation point for complex or high-impact client inquiries and issues.

What You’ll Do

  • Execute and manage day-to-day client service activities, including responding to inquiries, processing requests, and ensuring timely, accurate resolution across all service channels. Maintain a high standard of responsiveness and quality to support consistent and reliable client experience.

  • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex, high-value, or time-sensitive client issues, driving timely resolution through effective problem-solving and internal coordination. Ensure clear communication with clients throughout the resolution process and identify root causes to minimize recurring issues.

  • Coordinate with internal partners, including Treasury Management, Deposit Operations, Loan Operations, and other support teams, to fulfill client needs and resolve service requests. Act as a central point of alignment to ensure accountability, efficiency, and seamless service delivery across functions.

  • Provide support to Relationship Managers by assisting with client communications, preparing documentation packages, gathering required information, and facilitating ongoing service-related needs. Help enable effective relationship management by ensuring operational and service activities are executed efficiently.

  • Support the onboarding of new clients and manage ongoing account lifecycle activities, including maintenance, updates, and service changes. Ensure a smooth and compliant experience from initial setup through ongoing servicing and retention.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in customer service roles supporting various RMs and customers.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

Compensation

The estimated salary range for this role is $80, 000-$100, 000, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills and experience.
